With over thirty years experience in Adelaide’s Restaurant scene, Lino leads his kitchen with passion & enthusiasm.

Lino’s has a commitment to his Italian heritage & has passion for current culinary trends. The Strand kitchen always ensures that the Mediterranean menu remains loyal to the region while still being fresh & innovative.

Though his 15 years at The Strand it is his commitment to train & teach young chefs the importance of fresh & local ingredients & prides himself on making everything on premise.

We really enjoyed eating here and even came back another night during our short visit to the area. There was a great selection on the menu and great choice for children also. Couldn’t fault the service and the location was central. Something for everyone.
